Production Times
How long will it take to make my order?
We require a minimum of two weeks to process and manufacture your order. When adding each item to the cart, you will need a select your event date. This cannot be set for less than 2 weeks.
Shipping times MUST be factored into this as well.
Can you do it faster than 2 weeks?
Sometimes. But in peak times (November), no we typically can’t 😢 Send us a message if you want to get a better idea of the expected lead times for your order.
Will it ship in 2 weeks?
If your order is not needed for another 6 weeks, we may sometimes take longer to ship. We are well aware of your required date and might shuffle production around to ensure everyone’s deadline is met.
If you’re on a tight schedule, we’ll keep you updated if there are any issues, but in most cases, shipping within 2 weeks will be fine.
What about shipping times?
This needs to be added to the production time. If you are in Perth, you’ll need to really order extra early.
