Where do you ship from?

We ship from Gold Coast Queensland. We are at 44 Dover Drive Burleigh Heads. Pickup is also available from here.

What shipping companies do you use?

Mostly Courier’s Please and TNT/FedEx.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We don’t use Australia Post so we can’t post to a PO Box. Home or Business Address only.

How long will shipping take?

QLD/NSW/VIC Metro Areas will usually be 1-2 days by road with TNT/FedEx. Courier’s Please is less reliable and can add a few days to this.

Rural areas, TAS/SA might take 3-4 days TNT/FedEx. Courier’s Please a few more days.

WA/NT will be minimum 5 days TNT/FedEx. We don’t use Courier’s Please for these locations.

For urgent orders, we can do TNT Overnight which will, in 95% of cases, be overnight to Metro Areas AU-wide. Rural longer.

End of year peak times?

November/December on ALL carriers becomes much less reliable. TNT/FedEx is almost always the safest. We have seen delays of 2 weeks occur. This is completely out of our control.

Don’t leave it to the last minute!!!!

Will I get tracking?

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email. This sometimes goes to spam so feel free to reach out if you haven’t heard.

Do I need to sign for or be home for my delivery?

By default, we ship with authority to leave so that your delivery is not delayed. The delivery driver will leave it in a safe place if no one is there to receive it. If you would prefer to sign for your delivery, please let us know in the notes section of your order.

Is pickup available?

Yes. 3/44 Dover Drive, Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. This will need to be pre-arranged as we aren’t always there during business hours.
